Our primary method of support is provided through our Client Portal and our Help Desk It is important to address support issues via written means so that records may be kept of support issues. This allows us to look for ways to improve our support methods as well as document issues that may reoccur. Generally the fastest response times come from submitting a Support Desk ticket. This will allow you to track the status of your Support questions.
